Affiliate Manager Remote 1 open position

As Affiliate Manager, you will be managing existing relationships with publishing partners as well as building new business relationships in this multi-million affiliate marketing industry. You will also be working with a team to coordinate marketing solutions for top brands, analyze campaign performance, and create digital performance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with existing affiliate clients and recruit new ones
  • Manage multiple affiliate campaigns
  • Be responsible for partner’s budget
  • Risk management
  • Consult with clients on their marketing needs
  • Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed
  • Act as the first point of contact to clients and address client needs
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals
  • Collections and invoicing reconciliation
  • Update campaigns with payouts, creative and contact information
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
  • Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
  • Control traffic quality and volume

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the affiliate marketing industry
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language
  • Able to work remotely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Coachable, willing to learn and re-learn what you thought you knew
  • Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well within a team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

Senior Sales Manager North America 1 open position

As a Sales Manager in affiliate marketing, you’ll lead and nurture relationships with publishing partners, foster new business connections, and collaborate with a team to develop and implement impactful marketing solutions. Your focus includes analyzing campaign performance and crafting effective digital performance strategies for top brands.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless integration, robustness, and cost-effectiveness of all sales tools
  • Equip sales teams with data and analytics to positively influence sales outcomes
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, offering actionable insights to marketing and sales teams
  • Maintain efficient processes, accurate reports, and dashboards
  • Generate intelligent analyses from raw data to support sales growth
  • Optimize lead flow quality and cost-effectiveness across inbound/outbound lead generation
  • Define and execute processes for sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales team efficiencies and scale best practices

Requirements

  • 3 years proven track record in performance marketing / network / mobile advertiser or publisher sales
  • Owns high-level relationships with advertisers or publishers globally
  • Extremely self-motivated and passionate about performance marketing
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
  • Excellent understanding of attribution models and KPI reporting
  • Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Finance, or Business preferred; MBA a plus
  • Located in North America
